What To Expect

Your first FREE assessment session is where we will discuss your health, nutrition, injuries and goals.

You will be guided through several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances, then progress into a light workout to assess your strengths, weaknesses and endurance level.

We will then schedule subsequent sessions, comprising of a complete personalised workout, tailored to your goals and ambitions.
​
This gradual approach allows you to familiarise yourself with Lyons Fitness Principles while helping us to understand your movement patterns, diet and other aspects of your fitness.
