About paul LYONS
What makes Lyons Fitness Principles stand out and sets Paul apart is his attention to a wider range of fitness principles tailored to each client's goals and initial body composition.

Body Composition is the assessment of the ratio between fat-free mass comprised of bones, water, muscle and body fat. Paul takes a more insightful perspective than simply considering overall weight. When he looks at body composition, he's looking at all of those components.

Paul's most notable characteristic is his unwavering passion for his craft. He has cultivated a unique formula that blends dedication, persistence, and achievement, while maintaining strict standards of quality and exclusivity. This commitment drives his mission to inspire and transform lives through his creative approach to training.

Paul's expertise and experience have equipped him with the knowledge to provide a customised training plan that is based strictly on the manipulation and application of his training principles.

By applying these principles, Paul has developed a distinctive approach to mix and match workouts. Over time, this method resembles a puzzle, where each exercise complements the others, ensuring that every muscle and fibre is stimulated effectively.

Paul holds a Diploma in Personal Fitness Training from ITEC (2006).

In 2008 Paul graduated with a Second Class Honours Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness (CEHF) accredited by University of Limerick (UL) The same year Paul achieved a level 6 Advanced Certificate in Leisure Facility Instruction (FETAC).
