Lyons Fitness Principles offers a supportive approach to training by tailoring programs to individual goals and strengths.

 

Services include personalised coaching and detailed training plans emphasising corrective exercise, mental health, and well-being.

Paul holds diplomas in Personal Fitness Training and Exercise and Health Fitness, along with an Advanced Certificate in Leisure Facility Instruction. He has emerged from a successful sporting background, including titles in boxing.

Driven by passion, dedication, and a commitment to quality, Paul employs a unique training style aimed at positively impacting lives.
