- Needs Analysis: Understanding the physiological, bio-mechanical, and psychological demands of the sport. - Exercise Selection: Choosing exercises that mimic or enhance movements performed in the sport, focusing on functional movements and muscle groups relevant to performance. - Speed and Agility Training: Improving acceleration, deceleration, agility, and quickness through drills and exercises that replicate sport-specific movements and scenarios.
